A two-time Aggie graduate, Shelby earned her BBA in Marketing with a Certificate in International Business (Class of 2013) and went on to complete a Master of Real Estate in 2015. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker (#636148) and Texas Property Tax Consultant (#12889), she is dedicated to helping clients maximize their investments and create exceptional guest experiences.
Her deep-rooted love for Bryan-College Station fuels her passion for remodeling, designing, and caring for homes, ensuring each property under her management offers a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. Originally from Columbus, TX, Megan has always had a love for real estate, which has inspired her to pursue her real estate license. She is eager to combine her education with hands-on industry experience, helping homeowners maximize their rental potential and ensuring guests have seamless, unforgettable stays.
